• Send an email to us with a scan of your photo attached
• Print our order form and mail to us with a digital version of your photo.
• Print our order form and mail to us along with your original photo.

If you don't have a scanner, you can bring your photo to any copy center and ask them to scan it for you. Remember to tell them to scan at 300 dpi and save in an uncompressed format such as .tif

Save your digitized version of your photo onto any memory media you wish. Your media will be returned to you with your order. Acceptable media include CDs and DVDs, all type of camera cards, or usb drives. Media should be formatted for PC's.

If you treasure this photo enough to have us work on it then you'll want to be very careful about sending the original through the mail. Nonetheless, it is your photo and if you feel comfortable mailing it to us and accepting all the risk which that entails, we'd be happy to scan it for you. We suggest you pack it very carefully in a box with bubble wrap. We will return it to you in a likewise fashion. Under no circumstances should you mail us a photo in a glass frame!

You will be billed for your order upon completion. Orders will be mailed as soon as payment is received. At this time we accept personal or bank checks, money orders Mastercerd, Visa, American Express & PayPal. For your convenience you may choose to be billed by email or regular US mail.

We are sure you will be delighted with our work and so we are happy to offer our guarantee. When you receive your photo order, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know why and we will do everything we can to correct the problem. In the unlikely event that we can't make you happy, we will give you a full refund.
